LK55 OHV 2017-04-04 00:56:51

This complete utter moron this morning on 03.04.17 managed to travel the entire way along a national speed limit road at 25mph for no reason what so ever. What happened next was shocking.

Further ahead I could see plenty of ducks crossing the road, so decided to hang back. This car (Audi A3) simply ran them all over and continued on their journey much to my horror - another car up the road saw the carnage. An adult duck went directly under the wheels leaving a mass of destruction across the road, with others left injured and hobbling. A completely avoidable incident just by having eyes which is why it's so frustrating as they were only going 20mph.

Once a lady had moved the ducks from another car, I decided to catch up and low and behold caught this driver LK55 OHV further down the road travelling slowly once again.

No clue what they were doing.

Either completely incopentent to be on the road and elderly.

Drunk driving.

Or blind as a bat (elderly)

Have reported to the Police due to the shear incompetence, should not be on the road.

Really has angered me.
