Wouldn't we have much safer roads and more considerate drivers if we took the bull by the horns and instead of our political elite and justice system ignoring this type of bad driving they changed the law that all dashcam footage will be used as evidence irrespective of whether it's a minor or major infringement and in instances like this the actual offences committed ensured that the vehicle would be seized and crushed.
Why so harsh you might ask?
Anyone with an ounce of intelligence can clearly accept that the driver doesn't give a fuck about anyone else and at the same time I ask you what sentence/punishment would be fitting if during this madness the driver lost control and killed your 2 children - that possibility is there and proper deterrents needs to be used to reduce the risk - crushing the vehicles no matter what they cost will reduce the number of vehicles whilst at the same time cause more hardship to those who think they can drive how they want
