Speeding, swerveing, swearing, someone having a bad day. Very wet roads 40mph hes over taken me at 60mph on m25 to m4 junction. Tall guy short blonde hair, european, wearing his vis jacket, had those ive had a bad day so im going mental eyes.image of him stopped on the right hand lane, no traffic in front of him on a through road by heathrow.
