Complete moron! He was in the right hand lane at a set of crossroads waiting for the lights to change, I was in the left lane. The right hand lane is to turn right only. As the lights turned red he put his foot down to turn left, completely cutting me up and forcing me to brake, only narrowly missing me. Idiot!!!
