This scooter rider is an obnoxious dangerous idiot. Cut in ahead of a cyclist coming up the left of the road at the lights by Victoria station, scraped his mirrors along the side of two vehicles and then stopped, blocking all the cyclists behind him from getting to a safe space on the road. When politely asked if he could edge forward he then swore and as the traffic moved off, purposely swerved in accelerating to do an extremely dangerous close 'punishment pass' at a young woman on a bike, very nearly hitting her. Then rode off ahead looking back and sticking his middle-finger up. Choosing to use his vehicle as a threatening weapon = shouldn't be allowed on the road.
