This happened in April but was removed a few months ago idk why but this inconsiderate POS thinks that rule 149 of the Highway Code doesnt apply to her.
On the afternoon of April 15 this psycho felt like going at least 35 in a primary school zone when all the kids were leaving and was clearly on her phone, surprised she didn't kill someone.
Mentally ill driver, needs locking up ASAP.
