If you do not know what "KEEP CLEAR" means, it means there is a school there and also if the kids are crossing the road they won't be able to see because of those cars blocking the way. So guys don't do random stuff what you know what is means. If you think yoir going to do it for fun just give it up.

You must not be in London because here traffic wardens are always ready to pounce.

Trouble is, there's never anybody around to issue the tickets nowadays. All these lazy twats seem to get away with it.

Usual zigzag parker, but the passenger decided to confront me when I took the photo saying that it's illegal to take and infringes their privacy because it gives away their address (even though only the DVLA/Police can obtain that information) and that they can park wherever they want since they apparently have a blue badge. I hesitantly deleted the photo and apologised for doing nothing wrong, however Google had saved the photo for me in the cloud automatically. They denied doing anything wrong and do not know how to use a blue badge.

You can only use a blue badge in bays and single/double yellow lines for up to 3 hours, school KEEP CLEAR markings are not included as stated in the police link below.

Apart from the fact as you say they are wrong about using the blue badge in a school KEEP CLEAR area, it's also not permitted to use the badge to benefit non disabled users, such as the disabled user parking somewhere to wait for an able bodied person to provide a lift.

Finally they are also wrong about the law regarding photos while it could be considered harassment they are not in the photo and this image is being used to report a crime so it would seem unlikely they would be able to take this further:
