Me and family visited a friend at his flat and parked in a communal parking spot. The complex has a mixture of (numbered) spots allocated to apartments and a bunch of spots which are a free for all, where we parked.
We returned to this 1 series parked horizontally across the front of the drivers car then ended up spending an hour and a half on buses home. Neither of us were best park pleased.
I made contact via Facebook, and it turns out the owner is exactly as I expected; a grade A tosser. He isn't happy that I posted a photo of his whip and reg to the public domain and 'wont move it' because as it turns out it's 'his spot' despite there being no signage.

Its not actually first come first served if you live here you would know that, the numbered spaces are for block B and the unnumbered spaces are for block A, we just havent had our numbers painted on yet, there has been so many issues with block management about this because we pay for our spaces each month for block B to park in them and for any visitors to park in them and then we have to park away sonewere and then walk back with our kids, but i suppose you wouldnt know that as a ‘visitor’ would you

Write "F**k You" in the sidewalls of all 4 of his tyres with 6 inch nails, a nail gun should make short work of it. If there is CCTV make sure you go right up to the camera smiling and put nails in the camera lenses before commencing the ritual.
