Bob, I don't know what you're talking about saying it took her half an hour, I'm not sure the exact amount of time it took as everyone gave up watching after 4 minutes, but I didn't say it took her half an hour maybe you should put on your reading glasses.
I can tell the difference between a Y and a V however it's not so easy from a blurry photo. Although if you'd done a tad bit of research you'd see there are no existing vehicles with LP18 YYA/YVA/VYA, therefore it must be VVA in which case what is your problem? As I have clearly gotten the numberplate right, is that not a green fiat in that photo as registered to VVA?

And you need to learn to read number plates properly so you don't put up some innocent driver on another post because you can't tell the difference between a V and a Y.
Maybe wipe the steam off your camera lens from all that panting you're doing and then you'll know what the actual plate says.
