CARXCAM, black cab drivers are self employed so there is no firm to report them to. This could be reported to the police and licensing authority, Transport for London (TfL), but they're usually useless.

What a prick, Seriously have you passed this footage onto police as well as his cabbie firm, I guess he may get a few points on his licence as well as a fixed penaly and hopefully get the boot from the taxi firm, I have seen it all before but this one has gone way too many steps over that threshold
