This guy is an aggressive arse.
Saw him on Chelsea bridge. Cut up 2 vans on the bridge honking his horn at them even though he was in the wrong. Then at the junction of Queenstown road and Lavender Hill he tries to ram me off of the road. Overtaking on the wrong side of the road honking his horn like a madman. Gets in front of me and then slams his brakes on to try and make me crash into him. Shouting and screaming like a loon. Screw this guy. Wish I had a dash cam to show you guys.
