LR17 WRO (silver ranger BADLY & INCONSIDERATELY driven 31/5/17 6pm in Wokingham area by chubby average-height lad), overtaking queing traffic to squeeze a few cars ahead, then same before St Crispins lights (forcing traffic other side to stop) to turn into Rances Lane. 'parked' on Waterloo road (traffic stuck behind) to get out of pick-up truck & point at roof tiles to old lady outside her house (saw no tile issues!!), at lights at Heathlands Rd / B3430 junction delayed moving until lights turned red to ensure car behind could not follow. had grasped by then that despite bad driving throughout he'd gained zero distance. turned right into NMR - and due to the red light unsure where he was headed.
