Driver was a black male mid late 30’s with AirPods in. Very dangerous, hovering in blind spots, no indicating, cutting people up, accelerating towards junctions and harshly braking. Missed his exit off the A23 and nearly drove into someone going over the reservation. Bad bad driver. May be drunk as when passing him he was resting on his arm looking tired over his wheel.
