Most cycle lane use is not compulsory - for good reason and as laid out in the Highway Code. All you have to do is look at it and think about instead of being so dangerously arrogant and ordering people what to do! The cyclist also has a right to be in the middle of the carriageway.

Where or when did you look / check before taking primary?
I'm all for vehicles giving cyclists enough room but you should have been in the cycle lane then before "overtaking" the parked HGV you should check behind before maneuveringinto primary or overtaking parked vehicle.
Yes the car was too close but the cyclist failed also - cannot vote unless the cyclist and his bike details are uploaded also.
Can't have one rule for "you" etc....

I'm seeing a lot of your type of logical fallacies lately, perhaps it's the same cycle-hating mob that descends upon a certain video hosting site in order to try and stir the pot.
Again, the facts oust you.. The cyclists was ALREADY IN PRIMARY. There's also two lanes. There's also narrowngs and parked vehicles.. use the OTHER lane, don't speed, don't drive up people's arses.. don't use a false pretext to try and justify what this 4-wheel loon did!

There was a cycle lane to your left. Use it.
No need to adopt an overtaking position so far from the parked truck. But by doing so you were in the middle of the carriageway.
