Very aggressive driver witnessed verbally abusing a lady with a baby after forcing himself into a Parent and Child space and not having any other passengers with him especially not children. I could not believe the language that he was using with lots of children nearby and staff ended up having to tell him to go. He seemed very aggressive that anyone would question him using the space incorrectly.
