Owner of the car parked next to me and opened their passenger door into my driver side door leaving a dint and chip. Paint from my door was on theirs so could see it was them that had done it.
Left a note on the windscreen for them to contact me with their details but am yet to hear, beware as they seem to have little care about their car or others
