I think the driver might have forgotten what side of the road they are meant to drive on.... they overtook 14 or so vehicles on the wrong side of the road and only just managed to cut back in, the only reason they didn't have a head-on crash was because the oncoming car slammed on his brakes. This driver is a danger to everyone!
