I hate black cab drivers, most of them are downright scum. Ive witnessed so many times where they try to swerve into cyclists & rickshaws. These scumbags not only get away with extortionate fares (& they rip off tourists who dont know the roads) theyre the biggest air polluters and theyre exempt from all the air pollution restrictions.

Wow I hope the taxi driver is called in for his actions
There is no excuse for either his driving, his abuse, his language or his aggressiveness
He needs to go an anger management course and pass it before being allowed back behind a wheel.
