ASKING FOR THE NAME OF THE DRIVER IS NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE IT MIGHT BE REVEALING THE NAME WHAT MIGHT CONSTRUE A CRIMINAL OFFENCE. HOWEVER POSTS HERE ARE ANONYMOUS AND POLICE DO HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN TO GET INVOLVED IN NONSENSE

You are spot on dear. I cannot disclose the names or dates or even what we think had happened let the courts deal with that when the time comes

I'm going to speculate. Was it a case, that a child had unfortunately been reported ill; that it was felt a teacher had been sent out to - for want of a better word - 'spy' on said child, and parent(s)/guardian(s)?

There are Privacy laws to protect law abiding citizens not drivers parking outside your home and recording you being sent from your local school in order to wrongfully intimidate, emotionally and psychologically abuse and harass innocent parents. Privacy laws were not intended to protect potential criminals or were they?

ROSE HILL PRIMARY SCHOOL ON THESE BASIS
Look at picture or contact the school to find out for yourself. Why would you take offence. Did you drive the car that day?

There appears to be more to this than we are being told. You claim they are staff..on what basis? As far as I am aware parking legally and safely isn't a crime. Something suggests we are not being told the full picture.

Hmm, aren't there privacy laws against revealing people's alleged or actual, personal details? Nothing has been proven here.
