Fact: the cyclist filtered into the right lane. The cyclist was going straight ahead and was in the driver's line of sight for a good few seconds. The driver however decided to get too close and then over-take like a fucking prick who's just downed a bag of crack. Driver error, not the cyclist. If it's wrong for the cyclist to be in that position then it's wrong for the black car also who was in front of them. In short, the only person in the wrong here was the dangerous impatient cockwomble of a driver refusing to share the road.
