I'm guessing this regd doesn't belong to the rider(s)
But yes when the scum are caught by vigilantly bikers who have suffered for too long the scum should all have "I'm a scumbag bike thief" tattoo on their forehead and then publicly named and shamed (including the family/address)
No justice has failed to stem the criminal lifestyle and even if they are taken through the courts it'll be a slap on the wrist or a few weeks at the local holiday inn - will that make them think again? - no it'll teach them more criminal activity
