Absolutely disgusting behaviour! if turning left into a cyclist isn't bad enough, this driver takes it to the next level by pulling a metal baseball bat out of his boot and openly threatens the cyclist in broad daylight in front of multiple witnesses.... I hope he looses his licence for a very long time and a stay at His Majesties Pleasure wouldn't go a miss either.

So you illegally checked his car insurance status regardless of whatever the situation may be, you have breached data protection laws falsely ticking the declaration box, therefore the "evidence" you've submitted above, showing his car is uninsured was obtained unlawfully.
