She should simply have waited, then passed him 10 seconds later. Something is wrong with her brain. Also, we're in a lockdown [[apparently] so she shouldnt be outside at all, let alone in a car with an empty passenger seat. The cyclist could quite easiily have told her to stop driving two abreast for no reason and to go home. Gaz.

The simple fact another road user is using a bicycle is enough for some people's brains to turn to shit. The fact the road isn't wide enough to safely over-take means nothing to them. They cannot and will not respect other road users and only understand one language: fines, and jail.
