Terrible driver; crashed into the back of me and wrote off my car. Forced me forwards into another vehicle causing a debt to their rear bumper. Not paying attention/ distracted and absolutely clueless as to the insurance process. Drove off leaving me and my undrivable car by the roadside. Disgraceful woman and appalling driver. A danger to all road users.
