The girl driving this car thought it acceptable to park in front of an elderly neighbours (who need constant access for medical reasons) drive so she dodn't have to totter so far on heals up the road to a party. Finding my neighbour's note the next day she and her friends laughed and then left the car in place and walked into town. Terrible driver and even worse human being.
