Nothing wrong with this parking. They parked half on the kerb which is fine. I understand the frustration of you having to go into the road but that isn't really their fault. If they had park FULLY on the pavement then I would agree with you. But this kind of parking is acceptable tbh. This is annoying because lots of drivers park like this and in fact by the looks of things they had to park like this to allow vehicles to get past them so they don't block the road.
