I was stuck behind this guy for over 5 miles. He wouldn't drive over 20mph on a 50mph road.
His driving was very erratic. I would recommend he takes more driving lessons.

This individual was drunk or on drugs. He was driving very slow in Eastcote. He was driving a very old merc which may have also been the issue. He could've been polite and let people overtake him instead of thinking he owns the road
