Some police forces are only interested/take action with dangerous drivers and this arsehole clearly falls into that bracket.
I won't comment on speed - I see the reason the first biker sped (evasive action) and second (dashcam biker) to record - it would of been better just to let the arsehole overtake and get out of your way but then that wouldn't of shown what a dangerous driver he is.
If I was judge and jury he be banned from driving for a year, forced to cycle or ride a moped 10 journeys a week at peak times and then pass a driving (or advanced) test before being allowed back behind a wheel
But I believe in true justice not the pathetic system we have now
