Absolutely ridiculous!! This person dangerously swerved their car to the side of the road on a busy road in Bolton, just so they could put their finger up to a homeless man. I am absolutely disgusted. Not only is this public indecency, they could have cause a collision. I am utterly appalled by this behaviour and am considering reporting it to the police.
