Witnessed this person driving around Basildon like a complete idiot overtaking up the path and speeding whilst swearing at people and playing some dreadful music extremely loud.
At one point they overtook a cyclist and threw a sandwich straight at the cyclists head knocking them of there bike and then sped off.
