Taxi driver forced a small car off the road and nearly ran over my wife who was running in edge of ringinglow road on 18/2/17. Had previously reversed out of a car park, forcing cyclist to swerve, the drove towards us down middle of road. Didn't see small car coming from ringinglow who was forced off the road. Wife had to jump out of the way as he swerved towards us at speed. Chased him down as he picked up his fare from the Llama farm. He is not safe to be on the road. Told him as much. Said he didn't know the road, which to me is a reason for not driving like a twat.
