Driver of this car was doing 30 mph in the outside lane of a dual carriageway with a 50 mph limit, I approached quickly as there was a large difference in speed and rather than move into the inside lane which was clear to his left, he instead brake tested me forcing myself and all following vehicles to come to a complete stop, then sped off. At the next set of lights I got out of my car to ask him why he thought that was the correct way to handle a car getting close to him and he said "he can do what he wants", yes I suppose you can but you are still a bit of a knob.
