Followed this car yesterday for about twenty minutes was all over the road never once used an indicator and made even more difficult to tell what he was going to do by pulling to the right side of a junction when turning left and vice versa became apparent why when I noticed he had been on his phone the entire way. Dangerous driver should be off the road!!
