They might have done it by accident or just to piss about. I do however think the one pic is somewhat clear enough to distinguish facial features; however, as we all know people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law so folks, if you see anything please call the police. Don't be a hero or vigilante because it's not worth it these days. Looking forward to seeing this resolved and the hard-working owner re-united with their property.
