Decides to block your driveway for the fun of it, when asked politely to re-park the car its considered rude...

First report this to your council as it's clear to see it's a legit driveway so blocking it is an offence, The council now take the responsibilty for these type of issues as once upon a time it was passed over to the police but goverments are trying to reap the cash rewards from fines etc, Also keep all images for proof, I would suggest to go onto the main road and when the driver comes to drive his car away take a photograph of him as it's not against the law no matter what anyone suggests on this site as it's on a public road and there is now against taking photos on public roads, Just make sure you do not take any of kids or people on their property, Then if all that fails call the law
