Speeding and agressive driving in poor road conditions. Witnessed this guy moving up the line of traffic behind me for the last few miles by overtaking into oncoming and cutting people up. Finally got to behind myself and tailgated me for half a mile before getting to these traffic lights. He thinks it was a good idea to use the right turn only lane to go straight ahead.
