To the person who commented above.(I'm aware of who you are).
How about we allow everyone the right to make their own decision on who's in the right/wrong by posting the actual facts of what happened when the incident (mentioned above) happened.

I was travelling down laburnum Grove about to pull in to beresford road, when an oblivious driver that had made the same route choice, decided to reverse back on to laburnum Grove narrowly avoiding hitting the front of my car that Co rained not only myself but my partner and my 8 year old son. The driver (still completely oblivious to that fact) proceeded to drive down Beresford Road. The driver then continued to try and fit his volvo in to a space that was clearly to small for his car/has the incapability to drive his car properly.

After the driver decided to pull out to find another space that again he clearly struggled with I decided to pass him, when it was safe to do so (for the record he was in reverse and although I had not given him time to fully Park his car in which I will gladly admit to, there was enough room for him to safely maneuver). When I went to pass I noticed the driver of the volvo giving me the finger (in front of my son) i reversed to speak to the driver, by this point the driver had got his phone out and began to record/take pictures of myself and also my partner and child. I then chose to move on, however once I was made aware by my partner of the fact he was taking photos/video of my partner and child also, this is when I decided enough was enough. I got out of my car and demanded the driver get out of his vehicle (again admittedly I was livid and I will happily admit that, as I'm sure people with children would understand). The driver continued to refuse to get out of the car, at this point (as the driver was clearly deluded) I proceeded to make clear to him as to what my original issue was with his driving and why he got the reaction he did (this being nearly crashing in to my vehicle with my child and partner in, due to his careless driving and inability to be aware of his surroundings baring in mind he is in control of a motor vehicle capable of doing a lot of damage as we all know. Still refusing to remove himself from the car I walked away and left him to it.

As for the shrimp comment, really? Grow up son, if you don't want people to become aggressive towards you (which clearly you don't, as you cowered in your car until I had gone). If the person who owns this volvo that regularly parks down laburnum Grove, I'm not to far from you, so if you wish to make your complaints clear then may I suggest you have the balls to get out of your car or alternatively meet me, rather than again cowering behind a computer screen and trying to gain peoples opinions, without enabling them to understand the full story of what happened. I'm sure we will meet again soon and I'm happy to listen to your pathetic excuse of a reason to drive your car in the careless way you continue to do so.

Thank you to all the people that read this and I hope, whatever the outcome of your choice, you choose to read/understand the full story before taking the side of an inconsiderate, unaware and quite frankly dangerous driver like the one that has unfairly slandered my name and driving to the users of this site.
