This van driver decided to park his van outside our house on the morning of 11th December 2016 on a main road causing severe traffic congestion and hasn't moved the van for a couple of days. What a bloody idiot!

Unless it's parked illegally and/or causing an obstruction I'm afraid the police won't be able to do much. Neither will the council. Of course, if something is parked like this then chances are it could get easily scratched or dented.
