Extremely dangerous driver! Driver was seen with a fag in one hand and what seemed like a diet coke in the other! Didn’t understand the combination whether he was trying to be healthy or not? No hands were on the steering wheel. After he finished the fag he pulled out another one! Be very careful when driving past this driver!
