Saw the driver of this car pulled up on the hard shoulder the other day tossing a dog off. Amazed at what I saw I decided to pull in at the services about a mile ahead. After about 10 mins I notice this dirty bastard pulls in. I go to confront him on his disgusting behaviour only to find 3 more dogs all wearing doggy gimp suits in the back seat of his car. To top it off what does he start doing? Eats the dogs shit off the footwell. Reported it but he drove off.
