How can you call a driver a menace because their care stalls. It could of simply been mechanical or technical issues. After all it is an old car. Plus sir/madam I happen to know that the lady is scrapping her car due to the fact that her windscreen wipers have malfunctioned.

This personis one of the best drivers I have come across, especially given to the fact that she is female. She constantly observes the highway code and does not seem to have any bad techniques or habits.
