He clearly knows the area, is on approach to a large roundabout and is filters at the lights anyway.
I'm not sure being in the wrong lane (according to you) justifies the Passat driver's attempts at killing the biker.

Hey Sonny Jim how do you know where the motorcycle was going? From watching the video it appears he was going right at the traffic light controlled roundabout/gyratory so he was in the correct lane.
Had the car been driving in the left lane (and paying attention), the driver wouldn't have had to dangerously swerve and nearly kill someone.
