Stupid old fart in a blue Vauxhall Corsa. Overtakes me as i'm on a bicycle but a couple 100 yds ahead he just stops randomly in the middle of the lane, no indicating. I assume he's going to take the right turn & has just failed to indicate. As I get close and am about to pass on his left he then starts to turn left to park against the kerb so I have to jam on. When I pass he's smirking away like a right clever prick.
