Dangerous driver who drove down the wrong side of the road. The driver was going well over the speed limit in a residential road (Houghton lane) with children walking either side of the road. Dangerous overtake at the wrong place and wrong time on the wrong side of the road to cut up traffic. Driver needs to realise he or she is not the only driver on the road and what the consequence would be if a car was coming the other way and if he or she hit a child such as the children walking down that road at the time the stupid overtake was performed, going the dangerous speed that he or she was going... idiot
