She's clearly in the tunnel BEFORE you get to the sign.

Unless of course your footage proves otherwise? I doubt it though, that's why it's not being posted.

Someone provide footage for heaven's sake. This is turning into Tunnel-Gate 2017.

Without dash cam footage it is difficult to say if the driver pictured is at fault, from the stills it appears the oncoming vehicle is already at the bridge entrance before the camera car has reached the start of the priority zone. The priority starts at the sign and a vehicle may correctly enter from the non priority end if they judge an approaching vehicle is some distance from entering the zone. If the cam driver was approaching with caution, as is appropriate in this situation, it is difficult to see how the oncoming diver could “take them out under a tunnel” as they would be going slow enough to stop. In these’s situations I always find caution and courtesy to other road users is the best way to proceed.

Dashcam footage has not been provided as it will prove exactly that.

Looks like she had started to enter the tunnel before you got to the approach. Why so close to the tunnel entrance when you can see her coming through? Looking forward to the dash cam footage.
