It's not always intentional especially when much of the provision is badly-designed (including timing of the lights i,e, changing too quickly), and badly-maintained. Unless someone does this on purpose I just let it go because life is too short. If someone is doing it to be an ass-hole try to stay behind them or if you have to, filter in front and take the lane. Video camera's are also useful to all road users.. too many nutters about. Take care.

I agree with the above comments its happened to me before just as I cross the line the lights change. If you were a car driver you'd understand. Some people moan about anything *sigh*

I agree. And they could have gone through the first line as the lights started to change, so stopped at the second line as you should.

Unless you saw the circumstances under which they ended up in the box they may have had a legitimate reason to be there. I assume you are not a driver, otherwise you would understand. I do have sympathy for you though when drivers deliberately encroach.
