Guy just rolled into this disabled space with no blue badge and got out to have a chat with his taxi driver friend. They spoke for a good 5 minutes and then he went into One Stop. Then he came back out to have another chat with his friend. Clearly doesn't show any consideration for people who are actually disabled and need to use these spaces. It means he's closer to the door, even though there were plenty of spaces.
