What a complete and foolish driver as it is plain to see that the Citroen is going way too fast and fails to either see the lines in front of him or simply ignores them and drives directly towards the camera car of which has the right away as they are well over the line on the road "not roundabout" as James has stated and so in doing the camera car is in the right

Sorry guys, I must have a defective brain because every time I watch the video it looks like there is a gigantic fucking circle painted on the floor to indicate that there's clearly a fucking roundabout there.

Thanks for pointing out that the gigantic white circle that is clearly visible in the video isn't really there, and that the cam-car was perfectly entitled to drive round it the wrong way and directly into the lanes of oncoming traffic, which presumably aren't there either.
