Nobody is at fault
That's why we have lessons and as humans we learn from our mistakes
If it had been someone who had passed their test then I would have voted down.
You cannot blame the instructor
And guess why they have L plates on and additional signage? Yep to let other road users know that the person driving isn't up to standard and therefore expect mistakes and just remember that you were once a learner driver and possibly made similar mistakes.
