I dont know how a 2009 Car can have a ''Serck'' plate fitted to it, but really a very rare sight. (Serck is a very 80's style font which became obsolete by the time the prefix number plate rule was only down to 2 letters.)

This is actually a 2013 63 plate car with a private plate. This gen of Clio wasn’t even made in 2009.
Also it’s illegally spaced.
